The TCN Power-Matrix, also known as a Forced Matrix, is based around a compensation structure that has a set width and depth for which Referral Agents are compensated. The basic structure of this compensation plan is normally identified by a simple equation that distinguishes the width for which TCN has chosen to use a 2x10, allowing for a maximum of two frontline VIP Referral Agents on everyone's first level.

Because there is a limited width to this compensation structure, Referral Agents are encouraged to assist their downline members to help their organization grow. Additionally any new recruits that are referred after your frontline is full must be positioned under one of your existing downline Referral Agents. This process is commonly referred to as "Spill Over". The main advantage of this concept is that it creates an element of team work where some Referral Agents within your organization can work together and mutually benefit.

The Forced Matrix structure allows Referral Agents to refer new recruits deeper into their downline once their frontline is full. New Referral Agents are automatically placed into the next available position.

Also, due to the fact TCN presents a completely free opportunity in which no one is required to purchase anything and that only VIP Referral Agents are placed in the TCN Power-Matrix, the system produces an ultra-unique feature we call "Spill Up" which works similar to the "Spill Over" concept presented herein, only in the opposite direction, VIP Referral Agents are forced up in the matrix from the below Referral Agents which do not upgrade timely.


The TCN Power-Matrix pays a $1,000 Commission each time 200 positions are filled on the 10th level of your Power-matrix. Each additional 200 positions filled will pay and additional $1,000 Commissions. Five such commissions can be earned.
